Return and Exchange Policy


Our highest priority is to gratify a wonderful shopping experience to each and every customer. Conversely, if due to some unpredicted situation if you are not happy with our products, then below are the procedures to apply for a mutually consensual resolution of the situation. Please note the following terms applicable:


Can I Return / Exchange product?

·         Yes you can return / exchange your purchase product within 7 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition and tags, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

·         The items must not be used & to be in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, original packaging and the receipt. 

·         In case, you do not have the receipt, your merchandise can only be exchanged or better still, a gift Voucher/credit note can be issued to you. 

·         In case of a return, you may choose any other item of the same value or more. We offer refunds only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

·         Please note that we will not make a refund on any goods that have been damaged or washed. 

·         Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. 

·         For Returns kindly email on the address within 2 days on receipt of delivery with the product snaps.

·         Returns would not be accepted for design it yourself products or custom made.

·         At the time of return, please remark the items as “Defective Returns” and  “Not for sale”.

·         For Exchange and return confirmation kindly mail us on  within 2 days after receiving delivery. After that, it will not be accepted.

·         On receipt of the product in original condition, we will refund the full amount (not including shipping charges, duties and taxes if applicable) back to your A/C in 15-20 working days.

How Can I return/ exchange my Purchase?

·         If you want to return / exchange your purchase, kindly email us on our  and our executive will contact you shortly.

·         We are providing Re-Pick-Up Facility only on available service area. If your shipping address is not covered by our pickup service, you have to return item by courier.

Can I cancel an order after shipped?
·         If your order is shipped from our side we are unable to cancel the order.
·         To cancel the product you need to intimate us within 6 hrs of order placed.

How Can I get my Credit?

·         We will add credit in your Jade’s account within 48 working hours after receiving our goods.

·         We will not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever.

·         Credit amount can be used in Indian Currency only.

·         In case your selected product is not available we shall provide an intimation, thereafter we shall add the credit in your Jade’s account.

Terms and Condition :

·         The details of the products, weights quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.

·         If we find in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn, washed, used or altered from customer side then, we will not provide any credit amount against that product and no extra charges will be borne by us.

·         While every endeavor has been made to accurately represent the colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying (in case of Fabric) and for others the differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of monitors or accessories ordered.

·         Changes in size or any other alteration after placing of an order, do email us on within 6 hours of order placed.

·         If the products are not liked by the customer than customer can return the products back within 7 days of goods received by customer. In this case to and fro charges will have to be borne by customers.
